Larry & Cilla

Not 1 but 2 weddings have been planned for our gorgeous Aussie bride Cilla and handsome Scottish groom Larry.

We can vouch that Cilla had thought of everything for wedding no. 1.

Something old …

Something new …

Something borrowed …

Something blue…

Cilla explains: ‘Something old was my maternal grandmother’s pendant, which she and my Mum wore on their wedding days. I wore it as a brooch on my dress.Something new was my perfume, Night Flowering Jasmine by Floris, chosen because Jasmine is my favourite fragrance and because it grows up the side of The Old Church. Something borrowed was a lace hankerchief which my Mum carried on her wedding day. It was tied to my bouquet with ribbon in Larry’s family tartan. Something blue was an aquamarine ring which belonged to my maternal great-grandmother.’

Even a blue church set amongst the luscious Mt Tamoborine made for a quaint, intimate and very relaxed wedding. We had so much fun with Larry, Cilla and their bridal party Delvene and Michael, being transported in an old fashioned Mt Tamborine Trolley (bus), champagne in hand, to a few great locations for their wedding photos.

We hope Wedding No. 2 in Scotland is just as perfect!
