It’s that time of year again. We are getting ready for Paniyiri Festival in Brisbane and we are excited. Not just by the idea of unlimited honeypuffs, hot Greek men dancing or all the crazy competitions – but because Andrew goes along to photograph, document and chat to the locals and Greek community.
These are some of the moments Andrew captured at last year’s festival, and after scrolling through them all, we are so ready to celebrate all things Greek. If you asked to name our favourite thing to do at the festival, we’d be stuck. From all the delicious food to the outrageous performers to the food-eating competitions — there is something for everyone. If you head down there this weekend, come over and say hi.
